The honest answer
If you bill Medicaid or need electronic visit verification, use Aaniie and do not let a lower headline price talk you out of it: EVV is a regulatory requirement we have deliberately not built, and point-of-care records are a different product. The comparison only becomes interesting if you are private-pay. At the listed $195 a month flat rate, Rostavo is cheaper for an agency with one or two people in the office and roughly level at three, so this is not a price argument. It is a question of whether you want a US healthcare stack you will never switch on.
